Upon entering the 14,000 square foot main Museum Building you are immediately wowed by your surroundings as you step back in time and take in the exquisite and carefully curated collection of Brass Era automobiles. With your smart phone you can take a self-guided interactive tour showing the progression of industry and innovation. Festoon and spotlights illuminate award winning steam, electric and gas-powered cars as you imagine what it would have been like to drive these priceless treasures.

  • 4-hour event with exclusive rental of the museum (14,000 square foot air-conditioned hangar style space surrounded by antique cars dating back to 1886) with access to the building 2 hours prior for vendor access…..tables and chairs are set in place prior to that by TCOP staff.
  • 6-foot round tables
  • Black padded folding chairs
  • Dance floor
  • Intelligent lighting
  • Off duty police officer security detail
  • DJ services provided by Everlasting Sounds (www.everlastingsounds.com)
  • Cleaning fee
  • Complimentary Valet parking for all guests by Courtesy Valet Services, Inc.

And a “Day Of” coordinator, Jodi Leichman, who handles your timeline and vendors

To add the ceremony outside in our large gazebo** (and an additional hour of rental of TCOP) we charge an additional $1000.  This includes having Randy of Everlasting Sounds supplying microphones and speakers at the site, up to 125 white or mahogany padded folding chairs and the cost to set them up and break them down.

For indoor ceremonies we charge an additional $500 and guests would be seated at their tables.

Food and beverages will be provided by Lynn’s Catering of Tampa (www.lynnscatering.com) and are a separate cost from our rental fee.

**Outdoor ceremonies offered only November through February.
